A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a round medal with a relief of Joan of Arc in armour to one side praying, the words 'Sancta Johanna D'Arc'. To the reverse a shield bearing her coat of arms with lilies and ribbons, engraved with the name 'Simonne' and the date 1909. Signed Vernon, stamped with the eagle's head for 18 karat gold and French manufacture.
