Shipping policy

All shipping is completely free and insurance and gift wrapping is included as standard.

UK

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery™ and will be in your hands by 1pm the next working day.

USA and Canada
Orders are sent by FedEx and will be with you within 2-5 working days according to your location. The customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that may be applied. Do let us know if you have any questions about these, we'll be happy to help.

Rest of World 
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or by FedEx and will reach you within 3-15 working days. The customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that may be applied. Do let us know if you have any questions about these, we'll be happy to help.

Please note:
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

All items shipped by ShinyPrettyThings are fully insured at their purchase price. Once dispatched, we will contact you with your tracking details.

All orders will require an adult signature upon receipt.

If you have purchased multiple items, we will do our best to package them together, but in some cases, they may need to be shipped separately. In this case, you will need to sign for each package individually.

We are unable to redirect orders once they’re in the shipper's hands.

We do not ship to any postal box addresses.
