
A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting Jesus offering the holy communion of a goblet of communion wine and the wafer of host to a young person, with the phrase 'ECCE PANIS ANGELORUM' (Behold the Bread of Angels) to one side. The reverse with a sheaf of wheat and a grape vine to represent the communion wine and host and their origins, with the dove of peace (representing the holy spirit) above, and the lamb of God below. Engraved with the monogram JD and the date 11 Juin 1911. Stamped with the eagle's head for French manufacture and 18 karat gold.
