An exquisite platinum topped 18 karat (18K) yellow gold heart-shaped pendant centring a heart-shaped pink morganite weighing approximately 1.70 carats in a single-cut diamond surround, further surrounded by 12 blue-green enamelled flowers with diamond centres. Total approximate diamond weight of 0.96 carats. Unmarked but tested for 18K gold and platinum.
