An antique French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting the Virgin Mary as the Madonna and Child holding a pair of devotional scapulars, with the phrase Virgo Carmeli surrounding them. The other side depicts Jesus Christ with the Sacred Heart, signed Dropsy to both sides. Stamped with the eagle's head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture.
