A yellow gold charm pendant designed as an 18 karat (18K) coin holder containing a 24 karat (24K) Bahrain 10 Dinars gold coin. This rare coin was produced by the British Royal Mint in 1968 on behalf of the Middle Eastern country to mark the creation of Isa Town. The frame unmarked but tested for 18 karat gold.
