A vintage Art Deco 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant set with black enamel designed as a flag with a pair of black stripes and a gold cross on a black ground. The reverse engraved with the Pisces symbol, 'Fevrier' (February), 'Sagesse' (wisdom). Stamped with the eagle's head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture along with a partial maker's mark.
