A vintage French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting Saint Isabelle of France with a fleur de lys emblem and a spindle. St Isabelle was revered as being the patroness of the sick.
Stamped with the eagle's head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture, along with an unknown maker's mark.
