An 18 karat (18K) yellow gold pendant designed as a round medal depicting a praying figure under the holy dove with radiating rays representing the blessing of God. Signed F.Vernon. The reverse depicts Jesus Christ holding the Sacred Heart bestowing a kiss upon the forehead of a young person. Engraved 'Germaine Piot' with the date '16 Mai 1897'. Signed Vernon to the reverse. Stamped OR to the base and tested for 18 karat gold.
