A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a lucky four-leaf clover or shamrock set with four pear-shaped blue sapphire and paste leaves, centring a rose-cut diamond, with rose-cut diamonds between each blue stone. One blue sapphire was lost at some point in the history of this pendant and replaced with a blue paste stone. Stamped with the eagle’s head for French manufacture and 18 karat gold, marked 750 to the jump ring with an unidentified partial maker's mark.
