An antique French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting the Virgin Mary with radiating sunburst behind her. The reverse engraved with the initials 'RG' and the date 30 Mai 1872. Stamped with the horse's head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture in the 19th Century.
