A stylish ring made in 18ct white gold with rhodium plating. Constructed in the ‘bridge’ form which was made popular in the 1940s, the shank of this ring has graceful scrolls to the shank as it meets the bridge section which rises in a smooth arch pavé-set with 26 old-cut diamonds with a total estimated weight of 0.80 carats. The shoulders of this ring reflect the geometric forms which were the fashion of the day as the diamond set arch rises gently at each end.
The ring is stamped with the eagle’s head for French manufacture and 18ct gold, but due to the rhodium plating which gives a brighter shine to the metal, any makers mark is now illegible.
Currently a size 6.75 (US), N (UK), but may be resized.
An early Retro platinum ring with a stylish bridge form to a curved architectural motif, pave-set with 10 single-cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 0.30 carats. The platinum of the mount has a brushed patina, giving a subtle gleam to the metal rather than a polished sheen.
A French ring circa 1930 with an 18ct pale yellow gold tapering shank with geometric form and three raised ridges to a panel of platinum set with twenty old single cut diamonds with a total approximate weight of 0.50 carats.
A diamond line bracelet set with 59 graduated round brilliant cut diamonds with a total approximate weight of 3.80 carats. The diamonds have G-H colour and VS-SI (very slightly to slightly included) clarity.
A pair of platinum and diamond clip-on earrings of stylized floral bouquet design set throughout with 16 round brilliant, 12 marquise and 50 baguette diamonds, with later 18 carat white gold clip fittings.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the beautiful necklace ShinyPrettyThings obtained for Ellie. She was so thrilled with it and I just know it will be precious to her always. The colour is so vivid and she was so thrilled to open it.
Over the past year or so ShinyPrettyThings has carefully assembled a beautiful collection of Jewellery pieces for me. Predominately rings and necklaces, each piece has been carefully chosen with my personal taste in mind. I like delicate details and period design, Georgian, early Victorian and a little Art Deco…this is just what ShinyPrettyThings has found for me. I love my new ruby and diamond pearl drop earrings that were so cleverly sourced to tie in with my other pieces. ShinyPrettyThings brings wonderful customer service and immense knowledge and attention to detail to each commission.
My new clocks arrived safely this am. They are absolutely beautiful!! Extremely well packed and in perfect condition. Could not be happier!
